My name is Nikki and I was born – and still live – in Cincinnati, Ohio. Since I was a young kid I’ve always loved crafting and creating with colors and textures. My senior project in high school was a painting on silk with hand embroidery! When I began needlepointing after I had my kids, I quickly fell in love. The emotions each canvas evokes, combined with the exciting choice of colors and stitches, have deeply embedded this “hobby” into my heart and soul. Its portability while traveling has only strengthened my love for it!

 I am, at heart, a passionate artist and curator with a deep love for color, texture, and the timeless memories that needlepointing can preserve. Specializing in both modern and traditional designs, I create and sell pieces that evoke a sense of nostalgia while embracing contemporary techniques. My work reflects not only my artistic vision but also my belief in the power of handmade art to tell personal stories.

Through my online retail shop, I curate a carefully selected collection of unique and distinctive items from around the world. As an avid traveler, I find inspiration in diverse cultures and designs and love sharing my discoveries with others. Whether it’s a rare thread, a one-of-a-kind tool, or a canvas from a lesser-known designer, my shop is a celebration of craftsmanship, creativity, and adventure.

At home, I am a dedicated Mom to two amazing children who inspire me every day. I’m currently teaching my daughter the art of needlepoint, passing down my skills and love for creative expression. My son is equally as passionate, always wanting me to stitch him something train, tractor or construction-related! This family connection is at the heart of my work, and I strive to create a welcoming, fun, and inviting environment for everyone who shares my passion for art and design.
